一、Warm up

1.Greeting and Free talk

T: Hello, cool boys and nice girls. I’m your new English teacher . You can call me Miss Yu.

T: I want to show you a story From Heibling Young readers . Let’ s enjoy it, ok?

二、Presentation

1.Find some information over the cover(初印象)

T: Look at the cover. What can you see 

S: I can see a boy.

S: I can see the title is “Skate boy”. T: 复述并介绍一下作者和插画家。

T: What is he doing?

S: He is skating.

T: Is he good at skating?

S: Yes. (Maybe)

S: No. (Maybe)

T: So how do you think of the skater boy? Watch a video first. It can help you.

2. 泛读文本

T: Ohthe skater boy is missing in the picture book. ( ppt 图片瞬间移开,问) Where is the skater boy?

Look, they’re here, on these pictures. . Let’s read the whole story and stick them on the right pages.

Don’t worry, pictures and the key words can help you.

(轻音乐,学生泛读文本,找到图片对应的文本链接黏贴。)

T: WellLet’s check.

T: Where is the skater boy? (Listen )

S:学生听读课文,尝试回答问题。提示: Can they see him?

They can’t see them.

T: Why ?

S: Because the skater boy is too fast.

T: Yes. He is too fast. How fast is he? Can you read again and find some sentences .

S: When the mothers turn around, he’s not here.

When the children wave at him, he’s not there.

T: Well done. Let’s listen and read again.
