二、教学目标  

1. 知识目标  

(1)能听懂、会说、会读单词:elephant, lion, monkey, animal, cute, fat, have  

(2)能听懂、会说、会读、会写单词:like, dog, cat, panda, horse, tiger  

(3)学生在复习Look at my…的基础上学习Look at these toy animals. Look at this cat./ dog等;能用I like …  I don’t like …来表达自己对某种动物的喜欢和不喜欢;能运用句型Do you like…? 来询问他人的喜好,并且会用Yes, I do.NoI don’t. 来回答。  

(4)会读本Story time,并尝试表演  

2. 技能目标  

(1)能运用本单元句型来谈论自己喜欢和不喜欢的动物。  

(2)能明白并理解名词的复数形,理解like的后面用可数名词的复数形式。  

3. 情感目标  

通过本课的学习,让学生了解动物是人类的朋友,培养学生有保护小动物的意识,并能大胆表达自己的喜好。  

三、教学重点  

1.能初步听懂、会读、会拼写单词cat, dog, elephant, horse, lion, monkey, panda, tiger  

2.能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型Do you like …?并且会用Yes, I do.NoI don’t. 来回答。

1.能听懂、会说、会读、会运用句型Do you like …?并且会用Yes, I do.NoI don’t. 来回答。  

2.能初步理解名词的复数形式理解like的后面用可数名词的复数形式。

Step 1 Warm up  

1. Free talk  

T: Welcome back to school. Are you happy now?  

S: Yes, I am.  

T: Let’s enjoy our English lessons now. First, let’s enjoy a song: <Old Macdonald has a farm>  

2. Let’s sing: <Old Macdonald has a farm>  

Step 2 Presentation  

1. Play a game: Brain storm  

T: What animals are on the farm?  

Teach: animal  farm   

S: Review the words they’ve learned.  

(ducks, chickens, cows, pigs, sheep, …)  

T: What other animals are on the farm?  

(Review the words: dog  dogs   cat  cats)  

Ss: Read after T  

Say a chant:  A cat, cats, I like cats.  

            A dog, dogs, I like dogs.  

T: I like dogs. Do you like dogs?  

S: Yes, I do.  

出示课题:Unit 1 I like dogs  

2. Teach the new words.   

(快速闪现图片,学生回答问题)  

T: Are they on the farm too?  

Ss: Yes / No.   

T: Do you like them?  

Ss: Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.  

(根据学生回答,教授句型: Yes, I do.  No, I don’t.)  

出示句型: Do you like…?  

           Yes, I do.  

           No, I don’t. I like…  

根据学生的回答教授单词:cat ,dog, monkey, lion, panda, tiger, bear  

板书呈现: a horse  horses   ;  an elephant  elephants   

    这些单词是学生一二年级学过的。在回答问题的过程中,时刻注意学生是否注意了like后面使用可数名词的复数形式,有错及时纠正。  

Ss: Read the sentence in different ways.  

T: They are all animals. They’re animals.  

   出示单词animals拼读单词。  

T: Do you like animals?  

S: Yes, I do.   

                                        T: I like the animals in the zoo.          

3. Story time  

(1)出示课文图片  

T: Look, are they in the zoo? Are they on the farm?  

Ss: No, they aren’t.  

T: Who are they? And where are they?  

Watch the cartoon and try to answer the questions.  

(2)T: What are they going to talk about?     

S: They are talking about toy animals.   

揭题并板书: toy animals  

Listen to the tape and tick what they are talking about. (听录音,勾出他们谈论的动物。)  

Check the answers: cats, dogs, pandas  

(3) Read the story, find out their favourite animals. (自读故事,找出各自喜欢的动物)  

Yang Ling says I like cats.  

Su Hai and Liu Tao say We like dogs.  

Mike says I like pandas  

(学生初步感知like后面跟可数名词的复数形式)  

(4)圈出like后面的名词,提醒学生用名词复数形式,关注读音的变化。  

(5)第四幅回答问题:  

  Why does Mike like pandas?  

  Because they are cute and fat.  

教授单词cute(可爱的,机灵的)  

fat cat at 让学生自己拼读单词。  

(6)Try to read  

Listen to the PPT and read the story after it.  (注意语音语调,播放录音,学生跟读)  

Read the story after the teacher.  

Read it together.  

Step 3 Consolidation  

1. Let’s chant  

Cute, cute dogs!  

Do you like dogs?  

Sorry, sorry, I don’t.  

I don’t like dogs!  

你也可以根据课文内容改编小诗哦!  

eg. Fat, fat pandas!  

Do you like pandas?  

Yes, yes, I do. I like pandas!  

2. Act it out  

        a. Read fluently  流利地朗读  

    b. Read fluently and beautifully    流利、优美地朗读  

      c. Act it out with emotions    有感情地表演  

3. 根据课文图片和板书试着复述课文。  

4. Learning tips  

a. How many animals can you name?  

我们已经学了一些动物的单词,大家比一比,看谁说得又多又快。  

b. Happy Animal Family: Do you like them?  

Talk about the animals.  

和你的伙伴们谈一谈你喜欢或不喜欢的动物吧!  

5. Summary  

让学生说说这节课学了什么,让学生自己来总结。

Step 4 Homework  

1.听录音,有感情地模仿熟读课文并尝试背诵。  

2.通过查资料的方式,学习更多课外的动物类单词,下节课向大家介绍。  

3.和别人用英语交流你们喜欢与不喜欢的小动物,并说说为什么。
