The Penguins had the nest with two big white eggs in it.

Mother Penguin sat on the eggs day after day.

Father Penguin went fishing .

One day, Father Penguin came back.

“Here I am,”he said to mother penguin .

“You must be hungry. I will sit on the eggs ,now .

Off you go.”Mother Penguin went down the hill

and into the sea to eat fish.

Mother Penguin went out to sea.

She stayed out at sea for days,

eating and eating and getting fat .

Father penguin stayed on the eggs .

Look out, Mother Penguin!

Look out for the hungry seal!

Seals like to eat fat Penguins.

Mother penguin saw the seal.

She jumped out of the sea very fast .

Clever Mother Penguin !

Mother Penguin walked back up the hill .

She went back to the eggs and the nest .

She went home to Father Penguin .

“Where are my eggs?”she said .

“Where are they？”

“Look down here，”he said .

“Two baby chicks！”said Mother Penguin.

“You are clever!”

“So are you，” said Father Penguin.

T-Rex puts on a party hat. It's nearly Christmas Day.

He tells the other dinosaurs that they can come and play.

“Come to my party!”

But Terry flaps his wings as he flies into the sky.

He's not coming to the party. He's seen a reindeer going by.

“Hey! Wait for me!”

T-Rex has got a party table. It's full of food to eat.

He tells the other dinosaurs,“Come and take a seat!”

But Tricky does not want to come.

She wants to go and find ...

The tasty milk and cookies Father Christmas leaves behind.

“Children put cookies out on Christmas Eve!”

T-Rex has got some party games for everyone to play.

His friends must have a good time,

 because soon it's Christmas Day.

“Merry Christmas everyone!”

But Eddie won't be coming.

He has gone to see ...

The presents Father Christmas puts beside the Christmas tree.

“Look at all the things!”  

“I like the stockings!”

T-Rex has got a sad face.

His friends have run away.

None of the other dinosaurs want to come and play.

“What's wrong with everyone?”

But what's that noise? Who's at the door?

LOOK! It's all the missing dinosaurs!

“You've come!”

“We're sorry we're late, but we had nothing to bring.”

“First, we saw the reindeer.”

“Now we've got presents, tied up with string!”

“Finally, we saw the presents!”

Then, we saw Father Christmas!”

They've brought storybooks and toys ...and tasty food too.

“Thank you!" says T-Rex ...

“But the best present is YOU!”

“But I can see some other little black eyes.”

“Dad, look at me. Can you see my mouth?”asks Lora.

“No, I can’t see it,”says Dad.

“But I can see another little mouth…

with big teeth!”

“Grandma, look at me. Can you see my ears?”asks Lora.

“No, I can’t see them,”says Grandma.

“But I can see some other little ears.”

“Grandpa, look at me. Can you see my nose?”asks Lora.

“No, I can’t see it,”says Grandpa.

“But I can see another nose! It is very small and black!”

“Cat, look at me. Can you see my face?”asks Lora.

Ahhh! He can see the face of a mouse!

Emily is going to a party.

“Look at my skirt！”

a red skirt and black shoes.

The party is fun. But Emily is sad.
