(1)巩固并掌握故事中出现的词汇：eleventh, eighth, together, birthday, April, game。
(2)巩固并掌握四会句型：When’s your birthday? It’s on…

(3)能理解并掌握常用序数词的用法及规则。

(1) 学生能在情境中自如运用常用序数词的用法及规则。
(2) 学生能在情境中运用所学语言描述自己的生日。

(1) 通过情景学习，调查问卷等用所学句型描述自己或他人的生日。
(2) 在Fun time中，通过调查研究，让学生学会询问他人的生日，复习句型。
4.文化意识
通过调查，了解来自中国各地的同学、朋友过生日的习惯。

Step 2: Revision
1. Listen and judge
T: Miss Li, Su Hai, Mike are talking about their birthdays. Look at the pictures, and listen to the tape again. After listening, let’s do a judge.

(2) They usually have a big lunch with family.
(3) The twins eat rice on birthday.

(5) Mike eats a cake and play football with his friends.
